3.1 All prices are listed in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise.

3.3 We accept major payment methods including Shopify Payments, PayPal, Afterpay, ZipPay and credit cards.
3.4 Payments must clear successfully before an order is processed or dispatched.
3.5 Discounts, promotions and offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

4.1 We ship Australia-wide using trusted couriers and freight partners.
4.2 Estimated delivery times are guidelines only and may vary depending on location, courier delays, weather events or product availability.
4.3 Once an order is dispatched, the responsibility for timely delivery lies with the courier.
4.4 Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses may incur additional charges.
4.5 Large items such as wheels, tyres, jacks and suspension components may ship in multiple cartons.

5. ORDER PROCESSING & AVAILABILITY

5.1 All orders are subject to stock availability.
5.2 In the event that an item becomes unavailable, we may:

  • Offer an alternative product

  • Provide a store credit

  • Issue a full refund
    5.3 We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time due to pricing errors, stock issues or suspected fraudulent activity.

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CHANGE OF MIND

6.1 We accept returns in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
6.2 Change-of-mind returns may be accepted at our discretion and may incur a restocking fee.
6.3 Returned items must be unused, in original packaging and in resellable condition.
6.4 Special orders, clearance items and custom-fit products (e.g., wheels drilled to specification, tyres mounted to rims) may not be eligible for return.
6.5 Refunds are issued once the item has been inspected and approved by our team.

7. WARRANTY

7.1 All products come with a manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by brand.
7.2 Warranty claims require proof of purchase and may require photos or physical inspection.
7.3 Warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, accidents, off-road impact damage, or normal wear and tear.
7.4 For wheels, tyres and suspension components, correct fitment and load rating compliance is the customer’s responsibility unless installation is completed by our approved partners.

8. VEHICLE FITMENT & INSTALLATION

8.1 Customers are responsible for providing correct vehicle details such as model, year, engine type and variant.
8.2 Wheels must comply with PCD, offset, load rating and brake-clearance specifications for safe installation.
8.3 Tyres must be chosen according to legal sizing limits and vehicle requirements.
8.4 We recommend installation by a licensed mechanic or tyre technician.
8.5 All Automotive Accessories is not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation, improper torqueing, or unsuitable product selection.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9.1 We are not liable for:

  • Loss resulting from courier delays

  • Misuse or improper installation of products

  • Vehicle damage caused by fitment errors

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Off-road impact or damage due to environmental conditions

9.2 Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. USER ACCOUNTS

10.1 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login details.
10.2 We are not responsible for unauthorised account access.
